Garlic Pizza

 

Can be eaten as a snack or instead of bread.

Makes 12 single size
0.3 protein each

Ingredients

  • 500g Loprofin mix 

  • 1 sachet dry yeast (8g) 

  • 400 ml warm water 

  • 30 ml oil 

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt  

  • 100 ml Loprofin mix, extra 

  • garlic paste 

  • salt

  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

Make the pizza dough as per Nutricia recipe:
Place the yeast in the warm water and dissolve completely.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Divide into 3 portions.
Place in baking tin and allow to rise gently in a warm place.

Make the garlic pizza:
Press into pizza shape, drizzle with olive oil.
Brush with garlic paste, sprinkle with salt.
Bake in a pre-heated oven 12-15 mins until cooked.
