Makes 1 slice.
- 1 teaspoon egg replacer
- 45g loprofin PKU drink
- small nob of nuttelex
- 1 slice low protein bread
- Sugar, to serve
- Cinnamon, to serve
Blend together the egg replacer and liquid until smooth.
Heat the Nuttelex in a frying pan.
Dip the bread in the mixture making sure both sides are covered.
Fry on both sides until golden brown.
Serve hot sprinkled with cinnamon and sugar.
