National PKU Awareness Day
Every year on May 1, the PKU community celebrates National PKU Awareness Day. Keep an eye out for special events closer to the day to get involved where you can!

PKU Wristbands
To raise awareness, the Association sells colourful silocone wristbands sporting the ‘Diet for Life’ message. At only $4, these are a great way to show your support.

PKU Journal
The PKU Journal is a quarterly newsletter designed to keep its members up to date with news, events, recipes, products and fundraising activities as well as providing a place to share stories. If you would like to contribute, we would love to hear your story or news.

Deadlines for material are:

• Autumn Newsletter 15th February
• Winter Newsletter 18th May
• Spring Newsletter 18th August
• Summer Newsletter 17th November
